GENERAL TERMS
FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ON THE WEBSITE
OF
HOT SPRINGS Medical & Spa Hotel
These terms for online bookings impose an obligation on Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel to fulfill the booking ordered and paid by the client in accordance with the data provided by the client on the booking form: client’s name, time period, number of nights to be spent at the hotel, number of adults and children, price per night.
TYPES OF PAYMENT:
The payment can be made by 3 (three) different methods:
1. Online by credit card
Credit cards accepted – We accept payments by the following types of credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro. When this payment method is chosen, the payments page of our servicing bank (UBB) is opened where you input your credit card details. If you are registered in the authentication plans Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, the authentication page of the bank that issued your credit card is opened where you input your authentication password. In the case of a successful transaction, the transaction slip is visualized on the screen and you can print it out or save it. At the point in time of the online booking, the quoted monetary amount will autiomatically be withdrawn from your credit card upon completion of the payment process.
In order to ensure your security of payment by Visa or MasterCard we apply the best available practices recommended by the inernational card organizations:
- * The security of input and transmission of the card details is ensured by using SSL protocl for encryption of the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank
- * The authenticity of your card is verified by inputting a security code (CVV2)
- * In addition, for the sake of your identification as the cardholder, the payment server for e-commerce of our servicing bank supports the authetnication databases of the internationla card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you have been registered to use them.
Your personal information is used only for the needs of the booking and of the payment and is not provided to third parties.
2. Through the e-payment systems of EPAY.BG and PAYPAL.COM
In the cases of such payments, the monteary amount is received by the servicing website and after successful payment it guarantees your booking. Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel does not receive any data regarding your credit and debit cards.
3. By bank transfer
The payment of the entire monetary amount must be made within the time limit specified after the booking. After making the payment, a copy of the payment order or of the payment slip must be sent to the following e-mail address: reservations@hotsprings-spa.com, where on the “grounds for payment” line the booking number must obligatorily be filled in.
NB! If the online booking is not paid within the specified time limit, it will be automacially cancelled by the system. In the case of payment by bank transfer and in the absence of a sent copy of the payment document, the booking will be denied and deleted from the booking system. In case you encounter an obstacle in paying the monetary amount for an online booking already made, please notify us at the following e-mail address: reservations@hotsprings-spa.com or at the following phone number: +359 888 337 337. If you fail to comply with this requirements, Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel shall be entitled to claim compensation for damages in connection with booking which are made but are not paid. In case the start day of the booking is the next day, it is strongly recommended that you choose payment by credit card since this would speed-up your booking processing process.
CANCELATION OF A BOOKING AND REFUND
- 1. a paid booking is cancelled at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the arrival date, the money you have paid will be refunded to you in full. If a paid booking is cancelled between 14 (fourteen) calendar days and 7 (seven) calendar days before the arrival date, Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel shall get to keep 50% (fifity percent) of the payment made, as indemnity. If a paid booking is cancelled within 7 (seven) calendar days before the arrival date, Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel shall get to keep 100% (a hundred percent) of the payment made, as indemnity.
- 2. If a payment is made and a subsequent cancellation is made within the time limits specified above, the amount to be refunded to the client shall be refunded to his/her credit card within 1 (one) month after the planned arrival date. In the cases of cancellations made at a time later that the specified time limits in Item 1, as well as in the cases of non-arrival, Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel shall get to keep as an indemnity 100% of the monetary amounts paid for the online booking.
- 3. The abovementioned time limits are not applicable for bookings such as school and national holidays, Christmas, Easter and New Year packages and offers.
- 4. The following cancellation policy applies for payment and subsequent reservation cancellation of reservations for school and national holidays, Christmas, Easter and New Year packages and offers:
- * If a payment is made and a subsequent cancellation is made at least 40 (forty) calendar days before the arrival date, the prepaid amount will be refunded in full
- * If a payment is made and a subsequent cancellation is made less than 40 (forty) calendar days before the arrival date, as well as in cases of non-arrival, Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel will keep 100% of the prepaid amount for the online booking.

In order to continue with the booking, you must declare that you are acquianted with and that you agree with these General Terms for Online Bookings and Credit Card Payments on the Website of Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel.
GENERAL TERMS FOR USING AND PROTECTING THE PERSONAL DATA
Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel assumes the responsibility for protecting the privacy of the personal data in the cases in which the consumers provide personal data on the website or use our online booking services.
Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel reserves the right to expand and change functionalities, terms, conditions and products on this website, where all the changes made shall be reflected on a timely basis into the website.
By accessing this website and by the bookings you make on this website, you acknowledge that you are acquianted with and accept the terms and conditions set out below.
TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
Whenever you use our online services and create a profile in the system, we collect your personal data, which is provide by you voluntarily, such as your name, address, date of birth, phone number and e-mail address.
The personal data is processed and used by Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel in strict compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and with the other applicable provision of the Bulgarian legislation.
You are not under an obligation to provide this information but in such cases we will not be able to provide you with the respective services.
CARD DETAILS INFORMATION:
Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel protects and safeguards the credit card details information submitted.
When you choose to pay by credit card through a virtual POS terminal of the United Bulgarian Bank, the card details are accessible to the bank only.
